My name is Amali Mardon - call me Mars
My own healing journey has taught me a couple of simple truths. For many of us, we mask/armour ourselves to avoid being hurt again, and in doing so, carry the heavy burden of hiding who we really are. This often means, even unconsciously, that we aren't able to be, and live the lives we know we are capable of. Also, within our own body, we store the answers we need to unlock our full potential. Our bodies carry an extraordinary intelligence—one that is deeply connected to something far greater than words can fully describe. When we learn to listen to it, we begin to remember who we are.
The work I offer isn't about fixing anyone. I don't believe healing comes from me—it comes from within you. My role is simply to create a safe, compassionate space where your own wisdom can guide the way. Through gentle practices, I witness people reconnect with themselves - when the inspiration comes from your own being, you are at choice, so transformation can be lasting.
At the heart of everything I do is care, curiosity and personal responsibility. I believe every one of us has the capacity to participate in our own healing, not through force or perfection, but through presence, commitment and a willingness to expand.
My vision reaches beyond individual healing. I believe the way we choose to live today shapes the world we create tomorrow. By nurturing connection—with ourselves, each other, animals and the land—we create the foundations for a more harmonious future. Every session, every conversation and every moment of genuine connection is a small contribution towards that vision.

Every session is an invitation to reconnect with your body's own intelligence—you can choose to gently release what no longer serves you and have the space to rediscover the wisdom that has always been within.
No single practice suits every person or every season of life. Rather than fitting you into one approach, each session is tailored to what will best support you on the day. In longer sessions, I may incorporate more than one modality, with each offered separately and intentionally so you receive the full benefit of each approach.
I don't believe healing is something that happens to us—I believe it's something we reconnect with.
My role isn't to fix you. My role is to create the conditions where your body's own intelligence can guide the way.

I had the most amazing session with Amali earlier this week. I went in feeling exhausted from the busyness of life and walked out feeling like a new person ready to tackle anything life threw at me. I felt niggly pains in my right leg that has been bothering me for as long as I can remember completely disappear, and just felt like I floated out of there once our session was done. A shoulder flare up saw me at the Physio on 29 Dec, unable to move without jolts of pain. The physio eased it but pain was still there then flared again on 2 Jan and physio appt on 4 Jan again eased but still there. I was about to arrange a Dr appointment for a scan to check why this was recurring. Instead I met with Mars on Saturday 6 Jan to have a bodywork session. Over 3 hours we worked through flinchlock and an energy facial. The experience was OUT OF THIS WORLD! The images flashing through my mind, memories locked away and now free. Firstly, I have no shoulder pain. No pain in my chest, no back pain, no shoulder pain. Absolutely amazing. Secondly the energy facial. HOLY WOAH! Mars read this reading out at the beginning and I honestly can't tell you what she said but my mind can. I no longer look in the mirror and see my chin, or dry skin or thinking I can't get my legs or shoulders out. I've worn shorts and haven't judged myself. I've worn tops to work this week with no sleeves and haven't judged myself. I am so extremely grateful! ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THIS WORLD.
